GUS W. FLANGAS A native Nevadan, Mr. Flangas served in the United States Army for 10 years as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot. After serving both stateside and abroad, he left the military for law school in 1990. His military background, and resulting experience in performing while under fire, have made him an outstanding advocate for our clients in the courtroom environment. More than a decade of legal experience has led to significant appellate and courtroom expertise. An accomplished litigator, Mr. Flangas has focused his career on complex civil litigation, real estate and business litigation, construction litigation, appellate work, personal injury and a variety of felony and criminal cases. A familiar member of local charitable organizations, Mr. Flangas’ community involvement includes serving on the Advisory Board of the Boys and Girls Club, the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries and as President of St. John's Greek Orthodox Church. Mr. Flangas is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, and before the Federal District Courts of Nevada as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association, as well as the Nevada Trial Lawyer Association. |
JOHN R. McMILLAN Mr. McMillan has practiced law in Nevada for more than two decades. Over that time, he has gained an unrivaled vantage point of the Nevada legal landscape, and has used this perspective to leverage numerous successes for his clients. Mr. McMillan’s specific areas of expertise include corporate law, business law, corporate finance, business start-up, corporate governance, real estate, real estate development and construction law - segments of the law that have a significant impact on the current Nevada economy. Providing representation for clients totaling more than $500,000,000 and real estate development projects of more than one billion dollars, Mr. McMillan has built his career on tackling complex and multifaceted legal issues for his clients. Mr. McMillan is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and before the Federal District Courts of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association.

DIMITRI P. DALACAS Dimitri P. Dalacas has been a valued member of our team since the firm’s inception, becoming a partner in the firm in 2007. His practice areas include estate planning, corporate law and real estate law. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1997, and his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000. Throughout his tenure with us, Mr. Dalacas has handled real estate transactions for both developed and undeveloped properties with values of more than $50 million. He has extensive experience in investor agreements, commercial and residential lease agreements, business acquisitions, corporate entity formations, estate planning and other critical areas of the law. Mr. Dalacas is also fluent in Greek. Mr. Dalacas is admitted to practice in the States of Nevada and California and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California and the Clark County Bar Association. |

MICHELLE M. DI SILVESTRO Ms. Di Silvestro joined the firm’s litigation department in September of 2006. As a long term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Di Silvestro obtained her B.A. in Business Management from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada as well as her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Di Silvestro was active in the Student Bar Association and the Organization of Women Law Students. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Di Silvestro was a judicial extern for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. As an extern, Ms. Di Silvestro was able to accompany Judge Mahan to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California, where she assisted him in several case decisions. Ms. Di Silvestro is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. |

KIM D. PRICE Mr. Price started his legal career as a litigation paralegal with Nevada's largest law firm, Lionel Sawyer & Collins, assisting their senior ligation partners with large and complex civil litigation cases. During his 10 year tenure with that firm, he worked on 30 trials dealing with contract disputes between high profile corporate clients involving millions of dollars. He also worked on matters involving large administrative utility rate cases with the Las Vegas Valley Water Company and Centel (now Embarq). Over the past five years, Mr. Price has continued to refine his skills in civil litigation. Having joined the Flangas McMillan Law Group , Mr. Price's practice will continue to focus on all areas of litigation, from complex civil litigation and construction litigation, to personal injury. Mr. Price is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, as well as the Clark County Bar Association. |
